Portfolio #1 From the beginning of my brother’s freshman year, my mom was always preaching to him to get involved, he didn’t listen. I watched him go through high school doing what he thought was “cool”. I always told myself that when I got to high school I was going to do EVERYTHING. Now, this was also six years ago and I still have the same plan. I don’t want to look back at high school and regret not being involved and making the most out of everything. When my parents told me I could switch to Ripon High, I saw so many opportunities fly in front of me. For example, Ripon High has dances, rallies, and big events that my school didn’t really have. I want to play three sports, maintain a 4.0, be involved in leadership all four years, go to as many school events as possible, join many clubs, and find some good long term friendships. This year kind of threw us into a unique opportunity, we can’t go about school as we have in the past. I told myself that I can’t think about school as it used to be because I’m going to get caught up in all the things we can’t do, instead of all the things we can do. My goals for leadership are to grow as a leader to the point where I feel comfortable running for a bigger position in the future. I would like to become more confident in my ideas and be more willing to share them. This year I want to focus on making the most out of it, making sure everything we do has meaning, and not focusing on the bad. After our training with Scott, I know all of us freshmen were overflowing with ideas, he really made us think about this year with a different perspective/mindset. If we could use a few of his amazing ideas and convert them into a real-life activity I know I would be content with this year. I just want to make the most of everything, have a positive mindset, and not think about this class like it’s over after a year. Me continuing in leadership is in my hands, I have to work hard to prove that I should continue. This year is full of ups and downs and we (leadership) have to be the ones to make it as successful as possible. We have so many great ideas from Core Camp and Scott and think it wouldn’t be smart to ignore them. This year has to be meaningful and inspiring and I know we can do it!
Portfolio #2-Quotes I would like to start with “There is only one thing that makes a dream impossible, the fear of failure” -Paulo Coehlo. I like this because it reminds me that anything is possible. Everyone always tells you that when you are growing up, but it’s true. The only thing keeping you from achieving your dreams is being afraid. This is the story of my life, I will get inspired and confident to do something, be 90% of the way there, and then overthink it and get scared. For example, volleyball, I haven’t played volleyball ever and all my friends told me to try-out because I was pretty good. I’m going to all of the workouts and I told myself “what are you doing, you have no clue what this sport is, you don’t know how to play, the only thing on your side is that you're athletic” and after that, I truly contemplated playing. I sucked it up and told myself I was going to do it and so what if I don’t make it, I tried, and that’s all that matters. Another quote I like is “Many of life’s failures are people who did not realize how close they were to success when they gave up” -Thomas Edison. This quote ties in a lot with the first one and it completely explains my volleyball situation. If I would’ve quit, I would have been so close to success and I didn’t even know it. Thankfully, I didn’t and stuck with it. I think so many of us get scared of what might happen if we fail that we don’t even try. We think about how people will look at us or what people will think, and the truth is “other people” don’t care what you're doing, and if they do, it’s because they are in the same boat. I really like the inspirational quotes, because they motivate me and make me feel like I’m not the only one that has been through this. This is my all-time favorite quote, “ Don’t let yesterday take up too much of today” -Will Rogers. I find myself doing this all the time, and it is something that I need to really work on. If I say something I shouldn’t have, If I got a bad grade, If I did anything wrong, I find myself becoming consumed by it. I think about all of the different scenarios that would’ve played out if I had done something different. I just have to move on and make up for my past by succeeding in the future. As we say in softball, “Shake it, there’s a new one coming”. I change it a little bit for everything other than softball, and what I mean by a new one coming, is a new opportunity to prove myself. Everyone knows that we can’t always be perfect, and it’s not about the problems you face but how you get through them and how you move on.
Portfolio #3 "Success is achieved by ordinary people with extraordinary determination" is a quote I really like. I like that it shows that leaders are regular people and with Covid-19 this year we have had a lot of setbacks and our extraordinary determination is what will get us through it. I think this can encourage anyone that is on the fence about joining the program, to join. I know a lot of people are nervous to join Leadership because they think that it takes a special kind of person, and it does, but not what they think. It takes a hard worker with "extraordinary determination". This can inspire people to take their work ethic and turn it into a leadership role. This year we have had to have extraordinary determination to plan activities and make something out of this year. If we haven't been determined, we would have given up. We adapted and were determined to still have a successful year.
Portfolio #4-Goals I think goal setting is one of the best things you can do for yourself. If you establish a plan for something, you are more likely to do it. My personal goals for leadership are to remain in leadership for all four years and try a position completely out of my comfort zone. Leadership is something I’ve been wanting to do since my brother was in high school (3 years ago). I saw all the kids planning and decorating and always thought it was right up my alley. When I finally got to high school, it took some confidence and strength to push myself to try it. Now that I’m here, I think there are so many valuable skills I have learned just in a few short months, let alone four years. My goal is to be a legacy leader and help encourage other freshmen like me to just apply and see what happens. Leadership has so many good things to offer and I wouldn’t want to cut it short after one year. Another one of my goals is to try a position I normally wouldn’t feel comfortable running for and pushing myself to try something new. I want to get everything I can out of leadership/high school and I think trying new things might be the key. Being Vice President for three years (although it is still a great job and a great honor), I would want to try a new position every year. One year be publicity, athletics, or a rally commissioner, and the next go for something like the president or vice president. I think switching it up will be good and learning from every position I have. A short-term goal I have always had is to graduate high school with a 4.0+ GPA, honors, being a three-sport athlete, and receiving my bilingual seal. This looks like a lot but I think it will be manageable. To me, high school is just a stepping stone towards college, and college is what really matters. Everything I do in high school is to help me get to college and get a good job. The goals I have set for myself will be a gateway to standing out to the college of my dreams. I am definitely one of those people that plans out their whole life at a very young age. For the long term, I want to: go to Fresno State, play softball there, major in Criminal Justice, minor in business, graduate college, go to law school, graduate law school in 2031, chill out for a second, and have a little fun, become a lawyer, buy a home on my own, get married at 27, have kids at 29, three kids to be exact, become the Deputy DA, raise my kids, send them to college, retire at 59, travel, enjoy life, and maybe coach some softball! If I stay on this path I think I will be pretty happy. I love having a set in stone plan because it’s easier to stay on track when you know what your path is.
Portfolio #5 My first goal was to be a part of the Leadership program all four years of high school. Now, I haven’t graduated yet, and I’m not a Senior, but I was reapplied and am the Sophomore Class Publicity Officer. This is one more year of leadership under my belt and it is another step towards being a legacy. I can’t wait for next year and I’m so excited to be in the program another year. Another one of my goals was to try out a position that was a little out of my comfort zone. If you would have asked me last summer what position I want for Sophomore year, I would have never told you that I wanted to run for an officer position. As the year progressed, I got comfortable and in a groove. I found my strengths and figured out that publicity was something I was passionate about. Many of the other members of the program encouraged me to run for publicity officer and it’s not about being an “officer”, It’s about finding my spot that I am most beneficial to the team in. What I will run for in the future, I don't know, but I’m excited to find more of my strengths and figure out what I might do next in the future. All I know is Senior year, I want to run for Class President. That’s a position that is out of my comfort zone but I am set on running for it. My third goal was to maintain a 4.0+ GPA all year and take honors classes. I am not taking any AP classes so I can’t have anything higher than a 4.0, but I have kept my 4.0 all year. It’s important to me to keep at 4.0 or higher so that I can get into the college of my choice, when the time comes. I wouldn’t want to not go to a good college because I was lazy when I was a freshman. I know that I can get straight A’s and I disappoint myself if I don’t. I wasn’t sure how the transition from Ripon Christian to Ripon High was going to be, so my parents and I agreed just to take the standard classes. I don’t think that they were enough of a challenge for me, so I signed up for three honors classes next year and one AP. My fourth goal was to be a three sport athlete. Since this year was a little wacky, I didn’t have the chance to play more than one sport, but I did get to play softball. When Covid smoothes over and everything is a little more back to normal, I will go back to playing Softball, Soccer, and Volleyball. I love to play sports and It made me sad that I couldn’t do more than one, but I’m grateful that at least I got to play my favorite one this year, Softball. I am even striving to play all three of my sports on the varsity team next year. My fifth goal was to receive my biliteracy seal. Again, I’m not a senior but I have made strides towards receiving this seal. I took Spanish 1 this year and signed up to take Spanish 2 next year. If everything stays on track, I should be able to finish out high school with my seal. I think it’s important to be able to speak at least a little of another language. That ability can help you get a job and in some cases you could get paid more. The seal would look great on a college application and I think it will be fun to be able to talk to my family in Puerto Rico, in their native language. My last goal is more long term, but I have taken strides at it already. My goal was to graduate high school, go to Fresno State, play softball there, get a degree in Criminology, and go to law school. My whole purpose of playing travel softball is to one day play college ball. My dream is to play at Fresno State because they have a really good softball program, my dad is a firefighter in Fresno, and my mom went to college there. For my mock interview, I chose the profession of a lawyer, specifically a prosecutor. This has always been my dream and I think it will be great to talk to a lawyer to see her perspective of the job and hopefully get some advice on how to go about pursuing this career.

Portfolio #7-Magazine Article Freshman Representative, Katie Rhodes, shares her secrets and plans for her future. Involved in Leadership, Softball, Soccer, Volleyball, and Debate, Katie says staying busy is the key. “High school is short and many have told me that it goes by in a flash, so I want to make the most and have no regrets”. Katie tells us that she has her whole life planned out and plans on following it step by step. From graduating high school to college to career to retirement, she knows what she wants. Starting by continuing leadership throughout the four years of high school and graduating with honors. “The first year of high school I chose to take easier classes because I didn’t know the difference between Ripon High and RC”. She said she looks forward to the next few years because she will be more challenged in her school work. As of the first semester, she has a 4.0 and plans to keep it that way. Katie plans to start off her high school career by playing volleyball, although she has never played, she is confident with hard work she will make the team. Due to this strange year of 2020, she doesn’t think she will be able to play all three sports but is looking for a way, and looking forward to the upcoming season. In a normal year, Katie would play soccer after volleyball, and softball after soccer. She enjoys spending her free time playing travel softball, painting, CrossFit, and writing. “As much as I would love everything to be normal, I think that having a bump in the road has been good for us, It is making us think about what our purposes were, and why we do what we do”. Katie tells us that she thinks being able to solve and embrace problems is a valuable skill that we are all having to learn this year. Katie plans to graduate from Ripon High and play softball for Fresno State. Her mother graduated from Fresno State and her dad works as a firefighter in Fresno and she tells us it feels like a good fit. While in college, she would like to major in Criminal Justice and receive a minor in business. Upon graduation, she will continue her criminology journey by attending law school. Her school of choice is undetermined but somewhere near home is what she has in mind. After three years of law school, she plans to become a prosecutor and eventually become the Deputy DA. Katie says she wants to get married no earlier than 27 and have three children starting at 29. After raising the children she will retire at 59 and become a travel softball coach. Coaching will be a good way to fill her time and keep her busing during retirement. All of these things were planned out by a Freshman in high school. She has a plan and she knows what she wants. Do you have your life planned out? If not, are you going to right now?

Portfolio #9 Someone I have always considered a role model to me is my grandparents on my mom’s side. Now, I choose which one because they both have inspired me to do different things. My grandma has taught me to be unapologetically myself and to do what I’m passionate about. She always supports me in all of the crazy things I try and I’m sure if my grandpa were here, he would do the same. My grandma always encourages me with my art and sports. She is such an amazing person and can be quite the nut. She is a strong independent woman and has taught me so much. Next, on to my grandpa. Although he died last year I still gathered some great skills and wisdom from him. He was an honest hard-working man, and his pride and joy were in his family. His favorite activity was being a grandparent because he was living out his childhood through us. He always taught me to be respectful and kind to any/everyone I encountered. He was great at negotiating and I picked up a few skills on that as well. He taught me and my family that hard work pays off and it’s the only way you achieve anything. He always told us that nothing is going to be handed to you and nobody’s going to get a free ride. Anything worthwhile, you have to work for. I’ve learned so much from these two people and I wouldn’t be where I’m at right now if it weren’t for them.
Portfolio #10 I would say that I am some sort of a baby animal. Most likely a giraffe. I love watching videos of baby giraffes and their moms. Baby giraffes are so affectionate and they love getting attention from their moms. I would say that I’m just like that with both of my parents. I love getting love and attention, especially because I’m the baby of the family. Baby giraffes remind me of myself when they are trying to walk and I am as well. I am super clumsy and can’t walk to save my life. They try to use their knees for the first time and they can’t quite figure it out and I am the same way because I have a bad knee and can’t use it sometimes. Another thing about baby giraffes that I resembled, is being independent at a young age. From the beginning of baby Katie’s life, I wanted to do things for myself. Eventually, my parents realized the way for me to learn is to let me figure it out. At the age of 4, baby giraffes are full adults. Now, at four I wasn’t paying taxes and raising a child but I was probably as mature as a 6 or 7-year-old. I have an older brother and that sort of sped up the maturity process. I was a little kid but at heart, I was like 12. I’ve always been an old soul and have always been more mature than my age. I see myself being a baby giraffe as well because they are so cute. The only thing that contradicts everything I just said is giraffes are tall and skinny, and I’m medium height and medium-sized so, that’s the only issue.
Portfolio #11-Season of Giving I chose to pick a tag from the giving tree for my final. I was very lucky to be one of the students who ended up getting a tag. I chose this project because knowing that you NEED something and you aren’t able to get that and it is out of your control must be very difficult. Seeing all these kids come back to school with brand new shoes and all kinds of stuff when you just want a jacket to stay warm, breaks my heart. My family and I are very fortunate and blessed and we are more than grateful to be able to help someone in need. My gift tag was for a 13-year-old girl and she asked for clothes, shoes, or perfume. I had to think about which one she would find most beneficial. It’s been very chilly lately so we decided to get her a jacket and a scarf. The jacket was so cute too, I wanted one just like it. We went to the Old Navy and got her a black puffy raincoat, and a plaid scarf. I knew we couldn’t wrap it so I just put a big bow on it to make it Christmas-ee. I hope that girl will be able to stay warm this winter and be confident in her new jacket. I’m guessing that this will be very exciting and emotional for her. I am very glad to have been able to help in any way. This assignment made me think about everyone that doesn’t have what they need let alone what they want. Maybe it’s growing up in a pretty affluent town/ school, but I guess I never realized that I have everything I need, but a lot of people don’t. Helping this one girl was very exciting and I had fun shopping for her. I hope that we will do it again next year, even if everything is back to normal.
Portfolio #11-What I like about being in Leadership I have really enjoyed this past year in Leadership. I’ve learned so many skills that I wouldn’t have in any other class. I got to be a part of a family and work as a team. Every class there was something new and interesting, the conversations were meaningful and most of the time, humorous. I made friends and gained self-confidence. I was brought out of my shell and got to use my creativity, positively. I enjoyed helping with events and having a voice in what goes on at school. It challenged me to get out of my comfort zone and experience new things. It was definitely a challenge not being able to do everything as usual, but I learned how to adapt and make due. I learned about so many different things and had the chance to learn about 30 different people. It made me less scared to go into regular classes knowing that I already knew a few people. I also realized upperclassmen aren’t “that” scary, and you have to fake it until you make it. I had the chance to get involved in my school and have a little safe zone. We all got to share our opinions and ideas and the conversations were endless. I worked on myself and evaluated my mindset. Overall, the skills I’ve obtained and friendships I’ve made couldn’t be found elsewhere.
Portfolio #12 It’s no secret that I love to play sports. Below are pictures of me playing softball, soccer, basketball, gymnastics, and volleyball. Sports take up so much of my life and have influenced me so much. I’ve learned so many life lessons from just being on a team. Sports are so fun and they keep me active. There is a picture of my family and my adventures. I love doing crazy activities in my free time and it makes me feel alive. There is also a picture of my family and myself in Tahoe. I chose this picture because my grandma is in it and she is a big part of my life and taking care of me when my parents are working. Lastly, Is a few pictures of my artwork. I love to do art and it’s so peaceful just to do a project and have something to look forward to doing. I do all kinds of art and love to experience different types of art.
Portfolio #13 What was one your favorite components to the adaptive HOCO that we did? I was excited to do HOCO in the first place, considering it was my first year. I really enjoyed coming up with the dance with my fellow freshies. Unfortunately, I was quarantined and I wasn't able to perform, but everyone did so well. Everyday we had class, I was just so excited to keep practicing the dance. By far my most favorite memory of HOCO.
What I love to do… I love to play softball, soccer, and volleyball. I enjoy painting and any type of art. I also enjoy swimming and any outdoor activities such as; hiking, surfing, snowboarding, rafting, and watching sunsets. I love to workout and do yoga, as well as shopping and hanging out with my friends and family. I have always enjoyed doing all sport related activities. I have an older brother and I basically did every sport he did. My brother also found joy in over-aggressively playing sports with me and that’s why I am so competitive when it comes to sports. Art is kind of my outlet. It lets me just put all my ideas and creativity into a project. I even have a shed in my backyard that is used as my art studio. I finally convinced my dad to build me a she shed to do art in and I never leave my shed. I am definitely more of an outdoors person. I love seeing all of the beautiful things nature has to offer and I love to explore. I am very adventurous and I want to try all sorts of different adventures. Yoga and working out is so much fun. I love the way I feel after both. I feel energized, rested, and more at peace. Shopping is my favorite activity and I will never pass up a shopping trip. I am super into clothes and fashion and any chance I get to go shopping, I’m on it. These are just a few of my favorite things to do, like I said, I like to try new things and be adventurous so sooner than later I’ll have something to add to my list.
Letter to parents… Dear Mom and Dad, Thank you for your love and support you give me. I thank you for the encouragement that you gave me to start leadership and the encouragement you give me to continue in the program. I appreciate the skills that you taught me at a young age that have helped me in the program. You guys encourage me in everything I do and love. The sacrifices you continue to make for Matt and I are unmeasurable. I appreciate that you guys always support my crazy ideas and help me pursue them. You help me logically organize my thoughts and ideas and you aren’t afraid of telling me when my ideas are “too out there”. I appreciate that you let me be myself and you support me being your “little artsy fartsy kid”. You guys never fail to back me up in a situation and I love you guys endlessly. You push me to be my best and you always offer your love, support, and assistance. I thank you for all that you do for me and the endless sacrifices you continue to make.
Letter to next year’s replacement… Dear 2021 Freshman Reps, We are so excited to meet and get to know you. I’m going to share with you a few things I wish I knew and things that helped me along the way. First of all, don’t be afraid to speak up. The upperclassmen aren’t that scary and most of them won’t be mean to you. It’s okay to ask questions and it makes you a better leader by doing so. Ask for help, ask for assistance, share your ideas. Your ideas are valuable, you wouldn't be in the program if Morty and the seniors didn’t see something special about you. They saw that you had something special about you and they want your input. Remember that just because you are a Freshman doesn’t mean your ideas are bad and no one wants to hear them. Speak up and share your thoughts. Another thing is to not procrastinate, and I know everyone will tell you that, but it’s true. Procrastinating adds so much extra stress on your life and school and leadership and sports and clubs is a lot. You have to figure out a way to manage your time effectively. Work ahead, get motivated, and turn things in ON TIME. Teachers HATE late work and many teachers won’t even take it...Morty. Deadlines are huge in Leadership and you have to meet them. Don’t stress out about everything, if you go through four years of high school being stressed out and never having fun, you’ll look back and regret everything. Have fun, take some time off, and enjoy every moment because it will go by so fast. Get involved in as many things as possible and don’t be afraid to try new things. High school isn’t so bad after a couple of weeks and people aren’t scary and mean like in movies. Be yourself and stay true to yourself, don’t let anyone influence you into not being yourself. Trust me, it’s way easier to be yourself than to try to be someone else. Be positive and encourage others to participate and get involved. High school will be way more fun if you get involved and meet as many new people as possible. One more thing regarding elections, campaign so much to the point where you think it’s too much. I printed so many flyers and made so many posters that my face was on every pillar. Make sure people know who you are, what you're running for, why they should vote for you, and when and where to vote. So to recap, meet deadlines, don’t be afraid to share your ideas, stay true to who you are, be responsible and respectful, get involved, and make the most of your four years. I know that you will do great things and that you guys will be a great addition to the leadership program. We are so excited to get to know you and we can’t wait to see what you guys will become. I promise you that you won’t regret joining and that you will be happy with what the program has to offer. We all believe in you and know that you will do a great job and do great things. We can’t wait to meet you and I’m so excited for you to start high school, it’s so much fun.
Do’s and Don’ts… Do-Keep a group planner or calendar with all of the Freshman Reps so everyone is one the same page Don’t- Work in individual groups within the reps unless specifically instructed, you are a team Do-Plan ahead and think about the following weeks Do-Ask questions when you are confused, it is better Don’t-Exclude anyone from anything, it won’t look good on you or the Leadership program Don’t-Procrastinate and work ahead on projects Do-Communicate with everyone in the team and make sure everyone’s on the same page Don’t-Make excuses, just own up and make it right next time Do-plan for events in advance
The Professional… Something we did this year was the “Season of Giving”. The whole goal of this section was to 1. Count your blessings and think about what you are grateful for. 2. Give back to someone that isn’t as blessed and fortunate as you. This area was really neat because it was during Covid and more people than ever were in need. In our class, we provided a gift to a specific child in need and gave them something that they could use for the winter months. My family got a 13-year-old girl that wanted a jacket. This made me so sad because not long ago, I was 13 as well. I wasn’t dealing with where I was going to get a jacket and that made me realize how blessed I truly am. As leaders, we are to give back and support the less fortunate. This was a good activity for us to do, especially during the Holidays, to understand what other people are dealing with. Another lesson we did this year was the process of getting ready for the mock interviews. To prepare, we made resumes, wrote cover letters, and developed questions for the employer. I would say that mock interviews were one of the best lessons Morty taught us, when it came to writing the cover letter and resume. We are high school students and we already have been taught how to write a cover letter and resume. When we graduate and go out into the real world, these skills will be helpful when applying for internships, jobs, and any professional positions. After having my mock interview, I felt more confident in my pursuit in being a lawyer and I also felt that I had the tools that I could build off of to start a great professional career. Overall, there were many invaluable lessons that we have learned over this one year and I’m sure the next few years have many more to come. Leadership has already equipped me to be a professional and poised young lady. I am very grateful for the lessons I’ve learned and many to come.
Change- I would like to start by saying that we didn’t have many issues this year. I am very proud that we were able to work together and not have too many issues. The only thing I would say that we could work on as our Freshman class is communication. We had a few misunderstandings and confusions because we weren’t all on the same page and we didn’t know what was going on. Ultimately, the lack of communication led to other issues when we were planning an event. Another issue that I had, on a personal level, was not writing everything down. I tried telling myself that I would remember it all and that I would remember all of the details. Well, I didn’t. I began to forget the little things and my life got a little stressed out by trying to remember everything. I started to write everything down and it made my life so much easier. I was able to go about my day and know that I didn't have to keep everything on my mind. Write everything down, I promise you it will help. It is a weight off my chest to know that everything I need to do is in my calendar. Something that I would say that would help the next year’s freshman reps is to have team meetings, maybe once a week. These meetings would be just to recap what you have done and plan for what’s ahead in the next couple of weeks. This will help everyone stay on the same page and make sure everyone knows what’s up coming. For the whole class, I would say that somehow getting the whole class to bond. I have a relationship with my fellow freshman and I have a pretty good relationship with some of the seniors. I don’t have much of a connection with the sophomores and juniors and I wish I did. I think it would be cool if we could make the class feel more connected and feel more whole. I understand a big issue this year was Covid. We didn’t have class in person for half of the year and we had many restrictions regarding team bonding. For next year, I think we should make a conscious effort to have team bonding every couple of months. Overall, I think we did a great job this year with communication and inclusion. I didn’t feel like a “annoying freshman” and everyone was very welcoming. I think if we continue this leadership positivity into the upcoming years, we will be able to do great things. We adapted and made a pretty great year with what was given to us. We were thrown a bad hand of cards but turned it into a winning hand. It was difficult for me to even find something negative to talk about in this section because I think we did a great job. I am very proud of this year and we made the most out of this unfortunate situation.
Ideal Leader… The RHS Leadership program demands a lot out of its students but it’s all worth it because it teaches you very valuable skills. To me, the idea leader is one that has effective communication skills. You should be able to communicate with everyone in the group and make sure everyone knows what’s going on. Another valuable trait of a leader is professionalism, respectfulness, and poise. It is very impressive to adults and professionals when you can speak with confidence and sound like you know what you’re talking about. Being respectful is key, everything you do must be done with respect. Being dependable and honest is a huge part of being a great leader. The people you work with have to be able to depend on you when they are in need of assistance. Integrity and honesty is all you have. Like my grandpa used to say, “you are only as good as your word”. People like working with people they can trust and staying true to your word is critical. Time management is what truly makes up leadership. You are given a lot of things to complete and it is 100% do-able if you properly manage your time. Things are going to be due at specific times and you are expected to complete it by that time. Keeping a calendar is probably the best advice I can give. It makes life so much less stressful and it takes a weight off my shoulders. Keeping up good grades in all of your classes including Leadership is very important. Being a good leader means having exceptional grades in all courses. Lastly, Include everyone, because exclusion reflects poorly on student council, Morty, and the school as a whole.
